Tutorial: christmas ornament, pigs

I used a cake cutter as a guide for the pattern. As you can see from the top finished pig - I thought it too long. I took it in about one centimeter, and the result is the bottom pig.
I then put to pieces of fabric right side togheter, and transferred the pattern to the fabric. I sewed on the outline and THEN cut the pig out. I cut about 1/4 inch to 1/8 inch from the sewn line. Remember to leave a little bit of opening - see next picture.
I left the opening where the excess fabric is. I like to more fabric when I sew it together after turning and filling it. I also cut away fabric in the curves to help in the turning it inside out.
