I do make quilts, bags etc for sale and on order. I love the challenge of making something somebody else will like. However, I will not promise to follow a certain pattern….

I don’t make much for sale or on order. Not intentionally, at least. I often get the comment that “you could make this for sale”. I thought quite a lot about that for some time. If I was going to make something for sale that would mean “mass production” to a certain degree at least. It would also mean a lot of sewing. Especially it we were going to a market - we would need more than a couple of items to sell.

After feeling the pressure (mostly from myself) for awhile I decided that I have hobbies to give me pleasure and recreation. When I was thinking of making things for sale all my creativity froze and I stopped doing all hand crafts, suddenly it all became stressfull. I hope the pictures of my projects shows some of the fun I’ve had while making them.
Most of the things I make I give to others - I love giving hand made gifts. If I were to start selling on a tiny bit larger scale I wouldn’t be able to make these gifts.
